   I cleared the cache, power off n on but couldn’t get around it. Could this be an issue with your new yahoo update? I have this account for a very long time

7. MY PLAN FOR STREET PEOPLE

   The 6 of Sept I sent this to the Mayor of Victoria, and to DAVID EBY and to J. TRUDEAU.

   For me the Street people Problem is NOT complex at all. Look at it this way,

   THERE IS ONLY 3 PIECES OF THAT PUZZLE.

   Like I say in my Open Letter to David Eby to find solutions to any problem you only have to go to the root cause and find ways to eliminate that Root Cause, and there your go PROBLEM SOLVED.
   
              In the un-house people community there is only 3 distinct group.
   
   In the first group the ones with MENTAL ILLNESS, well I suggested in my OPEN LETTER TO DAVID EBY that those people with mental illness should be in Institution and not left alone on the street to fend for themselves, all they do is cause trouble HAVOC and  chaos to business and to other people and property. The police arrest them and let them go the next day.
   The solution for that kind of people is to put them in an institution where they would get the help they need with the dignity and respect they deserve as human. Following my Letter to David Eby, the 5 of Sept. David Eby said that he will have a plan by next week to remove the SICK people from the street. So there you go, one piece of the puzzle gone. I hope he meant to help them and to put them in Institutions.
   
   The second group the DRUG AND ALCOHOL ADDICTS for those ones they need to be placed in DETOX CENTERS to help them off that bad habit. To open safe injection sites won't fix the problem, it only encourages it. They must stop using and reintegrated them into society. To give them safe injection sites only feeds the fire and does not help them at all. And neither to place them in housing won't help them at all either.
   

   The third group, THE ELDERLY and other people that work but that can't afford housing for those you can find LOW COST HOUSING permanently.

   AFTER THAT THERE WON'T BE MUCH PEOPLE LEFT LIVING ON THE STREET.
   So,

   1-You must take care of the ones with Mental illness. Not House them
   2-You must send to Detox the drug and Alcohol addicts, Not house them.
   3-You must shelter the elderly and the people that work and can't afford housing.

   See it's not that complex. Think to try find ways to help them instead of trying to get rid of them in housing. They will still be a danger to themselves and to others around them.

   Blake fights against child *********** and child trafficking. The list of charities she supports is so long! It's easy to confirm. Also, most of the contorversy around the recent movie is made up. Ryan R did not rewrite an entire scene. He suggested the marachino cherry bit. Blake added it. Both the script writer and Baldoni thought it was an ad lib. That's it. This is verifiable. Why are we talking about her wedding venue 11 yrs later? She didn't get married alone. Ryan R addressed this publicly a decade ago. It's time for common sense to get some air time!!! All this hate isn't going to age well.

9. Bias in your News Feed

   I feel that you need to consider that your viewership is not totally liberal leaning. It would be beneficial to you to implement a more balanced news feed that is not biased always re: Donald Trump or the Republican or Independent Political parties. If you could start by having Conservative news and your Liberal news feeds together so people can be informed by both viewpoints and not just the Left leaning news of CNN,AP, Politico, CBS,ABC,NBC, & MSNBC or Yahoo or Google. It would be beneficial for you to have Fox, Newmax, Breitbart etc. Your viewers deserve to have balanced information

16. How come I cannot open the chart for full screen at Yahoo Finance even though I signed in with my Yahoo Fianance account?

    If there's any monthly fee that I need to pay for using the Yahoo Finance Chart for full screen like it was used to be before, please let me know.
