  8. Email has functional problems!!

    I keep getting emails with the title as 'NULL'... I know this is a coding issue. As well, often when I actually view my email, after I delete the FIRST email, the navigation pane stops working! no next email, no delete function... nothing from the top navigation bar so I have to close out of it and go back to the email in question to get functionality back.
    These are VERY annoying and should NOT be happening.
    Fix it please!

  14. Eliminate the rapid-fire ad changes or full-motion ad video. Too much bandwidth is taken! Lock-ups can occur when I'm composing e-mail.

    Improved processing power or elimination of rapid-fire ad changes or reduction in full-motion video is needed. Presently, lock-ups can occur while I'm composing e-mail, and I'm using a reasonably modern and powerful business-class computer

  19. Improve Help for Infrequent Users

    I set up a Flickr account before you took over. The email address I used to set up the account is now dormant. I forgot to update it. My bad. However, now the account is asking me to verify myself before it will let me in. No matter what I try, I just get cycled back to sending an email verification. I can't find any phone or email contact to let me talk to a person to get this sorted out. VERY FRUSTRATING. You need a process for people who set up under a since-dead email address.
