  3. Fix your server for email. Getting error code 14 too often. Getting frustrated even trying to contact. I am going to Google if not fixed

    Get your act together with your "mail" Do what it takes as you are getting people like me who had Yahoo for 20 years, - frustrated. I will and they will move to google and other carriers if not fixed. What will the people who pay Yahoo big money going to do then if fewer are on your site. Watch your ad revenue shrink !!! Suggest you act and act fast.

  4. Is it possible to speak to a HUMAN not menu prompts?

    I spent hours creating & customizing my Flickr account & the next day, all my followers, albums, pics are gone? I PAID for premium & my account does not say I am a premium user? Please contact me to resolve this ASAP

    Why have you made it impossible to access my Yahoo e-mail when I am away from home? It asks for a code that you send to my other e-mail address & then rejects that code. This is a stupid new system that does not work. Before you did this, I could access my Yahoo e-mail all over the world. I am now touring Utah, Arizona, California, Oregon & Washington but cannot use my e-mail.

    What's with this payload pop-up? It is totally irritating. Continually pops up, even when you try to close it. Have to do a hot shutdown of computer to get rid of it. Keep it up and I'll get rid of yahoo. it's a real pain-in-the-****!

    remove the ads from in front of videos please....if I see the word advertisement I immediately leave that page and move on.....

    Canadian Press TSX articles are published in many daily newspapers. Pick it up daily so I dont have to go looking elsewhere every morning- the Reuters one you publish is worthless

  19. I have used Yahoo maik for years but am about to stop. I am visiting Canada and, unlike last year, you required me to change my password to

    Stop requiring me to change my password every day I try to get my e-mail while visiting in Canada. Once should be enough. It was not required last year when I was in Montreal, this year in Vancouver you are screwing me over. Stop doing everything you can do to discourage people from trying to contact you for a problem. If you don't want to provide customer service, there are other providers who will and do.
