I hate being told my session time is up 30 seconds into a session just when I press SEND my short email...
Your screens to help secure my account do exactly the opposite, they endanger the security of my account!!!Get rid of the **** intrusions...

Drop the security attitude , it will not ever work
I have been servicing computers since 1980 , have been servicing commercial networks for 16 years . I have 4 pc's in my office Windows 8 , windows 7 , windows xp pro & Linux . The one with xp pro has not ever had a virus or any updates from Microsoft . The updates open a back door access to windows for all the junk to . enter . The key is to go on line when you need to , turn off your connection when you are done .

That was a weird request for feedback
i got a popup about my opinion on the conversation viewer setting (whether or not i liked it) when i tried to check my email. there was no option to close the popup, just yes or no, and the rest of the screen was greyed out. i reloaded to get rid of it because i do not have an opinion on a feature i never use (i only receive spam/promo emails). very rude that there was no option to just close the window.

email-constanly have ro resign in on computer but not on tablet-what's up with that
For years yahoo worked great but for the past year it has totally been exasperating to use on computer, on tablet is ok, constantly have to resign in and then go through 2 pages re changing password- if I wanted to do that I would-don't need all this hassle, seriously considering changing to gmail. After reading through this site I wonder if you have any clue re how exasperating an exercise this is because it doesn't seem to get fixed. Also contacting yahoo re any problems is next to impossible. Please pay attention to your users needs.

Allow me to get right to my "my.yahoo.com home page" when I push the home icon, not to a yahoo. page.
I'm not interested in yahoo's front page, which is full of trivia. In fact, if it turns out there's no way to avoid it, I will switch from yahoo.

I have tried all day to contact Yahoo and you should call me 306-586-1024
for 2 days I can't log in and contacting you is useless as my email does not work and your phone is a 4 hour wait time. Why don't you tell the person calling how long the wait time is. Brutal! Hello Hotmail really quick. I need to be called sooner than later!

I am trying too change me name so as to apear differently. I read that I was to put mouse over setting menu iconand select setting.
I cannot find the setting icon; where is it? Maybe you should put the "setting+ menu on the main page in large print

Yahoo mail..in the past 3-4 days, I've noticed
In the past 3-4 days, I've noticed Yahoo very slow on the uptake..meaning technical difficulties making opening mail unresponsive, many times there is a lack of response when viewing mail, deleting, moving to a folder, closing mail; when viewing Yahoo news pages, there is the same slowness. It's almost like I'm on "snail mail speed" but our internet connection is high speed, so it's not on our end. When on other sites, no problem. The problem is with Yahoo. Pls. fix it. Thank you.

Fix Yahoo it Doesn't work properly
On all devices mobile, I pad, laptop Yahoo freezes never hardly sends from phone sits in out box, on I pad laptop same thing, sits in out box, it says error all the time when there isn't one, I sometimes have to send a few times then 2 or 3 e mails of the same go at the same time. Yahoo needs to be fixed from errors. When they changed the format it got worse, and in fact on I pad it made me download Yahoo app which didn't work it froze so I deleted it what's the point if…

Problems on Homepage
For the last couple of weeks Yahoo's been having problems loading top news articles, and instead of it getting better, now the whole page goes, so all that is left is the Heading. Right now, my email is frozen and my Yahoo Home page is also almost blank, so what's the point of being here? Anyone else with this problem? Yahoo says they are working on it, but this seems all so long?

Why is Yahoo Mail so slow? Why are there error messages all the time? Do you want us to move to gmail?
Bring back the classic- at least it was quicker! Please tell me something is being done about all the error messages at least....it takes forever to open an email and half the time it says Error 999. PLEASE FIX!
