    The font sizes you mandate in mail is hard to read for senoirs. Provide more options ot loose my busines. This is a drop down menu now, just add larger options

  5. I am getting very close to closing out this yahoo account and moving it to gmail. My yahoo hasn't been working for several weeks now.

    Cannot move emails from inbox to folder. Yahoo generally running very slowly. Can you please advise if this will be corrected anytime soon.

  6. Problems accesing mail.

    I am having problems with my yahoo mail for a few weeks, especially in the last two days. It took me hours to be able to read my emails yesterday. What is going on? this isn't useful and if it keeps up, I won't use it any more. You don't even have anywhere to make complaints and you are forcing advertising directly on the page and now the page doesn't work!

    Put and make cleary visible the e-mail address to which Yahoo.Rogers can send/report suspicious e-mails supposedly from Rogers.com for verification of their Rogers authenticity.

  12. Proofing your content before it's posted

    I have an idea...proof your content before it is published. Your piece on "Sammy Watkins Celebrates..."...you don't even show the video you speak of...only the 2nd T.D. by Watkins. Reading the user feedback, this is poor quality content, and is making your readers mad. What are you going to do about this Yahoo? You're becoming known for ****** content.

    On a side note, maybe also give a shelf-life for your content, so it's not recycled so much. Dated content should be kept out of the news carosel once it's dated (Giants tie it up...it's now OLD news).

    On your finance site, I receive recent news for the stocks I have listed. One of them is Automodular Corp, listed as AM on the TSX. The news I get is for an American Company with a similar symbol. Can you fix this?

  17. Simplify help access!!!!! I am trying to send a message to the help center and I get all these useless windows!

    It should be possible to send a simple help message without the excruciating pain of going through countless windows with constant DEAD ENDS!

  19. I have opted out of ALL ads on yahoo and I STILL see ads on the homepage, and now in my freaking email!!!

    If you have an opt-out option it should bloody well OPT YOU OUT!!!!!! I am sick to death of seeing these ads everywhere!!!!

    We should all be reporting yahoo for going against ethical business practices to the BBB.

  20. Start a lawsuit against Yahoo

    This is for the people complaining about Yahoo, I don't know how to delete Yahoo & it appears many others are in the same boat. Yahoo is affecting our personal e-mails and computer options that we pay for.
    It is impossible to get a phone number for Yahoo to discuss this, so I suggest we start a group lawsuit, maybe Yahoo will pay attention then.
