  1. my email is hacked and i am not getting any suport from yahoo. worse custumer service

    i am asking to help me to get back my e mail account and yahoo customer service is saying me create new account its free
    what kind of the service is this . it seems like this that yahoo has a partner ship with hackers and they are saying just pay money and get account back plz anyone can suggest what i have to do

  5. New Yahoo US home page SUCKS! Stop changing it... NEW is NOT better!

    It is not user friendly and trying to navigate through the page is the worst I have seen come from Yahoo. If this is your idea of improvement... someone needs to go back to the drawing board or just be fired.

  9. get the hyperlinks off of the top of the story.

    Fix the pages so that the hyperlinks don't appear over top of the story or don't follow you as you try to scroll away and read the story without the **** links following you down the page. It has been like this for months. Why is it not fixed?

  15. Since you call yourselves "Yahoo Canada" could you adhere to Canadian / English spelling. e.g. the story of the U.S. Open winner

    Use Canadian / English spelling rather than the lazy copy and paste from American sites. Why bother calling yourselves Yahoo Canada if you can not even respect a simple difference between our two cultures?

  18. I hate it when the user profile window show error messages.

    I've been having issues with my user profile showing error messages and can't find any way to contact anybody to report this issue and every "help" option is useless advice for other problems and is nothing to do with my issue.We need a contact help to get a message though if the "advice" we got directed to isn't helping or has nothing to do with our issue.
