  4. You folks are detestable. You give people no way of contacting you when you’ve let others hack their accounts. Do you call this responsible

    Actually have some form of user support, rather than letting people vent to the vapournet. So the simple improvement? Give users a contact who can then at least say “*********” and then we will know what you’re really like, corporate responsibility-wise.

  7. Recovery email not getting sent to hotmail email address.

    I have been trying relentlessly to recover my lost account.
    The recovery method is great, but the recovery response which states Enter the Account Key we sent to **********@hotmail.com email address
    ends there.
    I did not receive a single email for that account recovery in the hotmail inbox. Something Yahoo may be aware of. If not an ideal way to get my account back will be by going pro, but even that requires me to login. So is there a way yahoo can help? Post it on this thread's response and I will be able to adopt the method.

    I've had it with Yahoo you are just as bad as hotmail now. Stop forcing me to agree to terms constantly, stop ******* changing them!!!!!!     I am unable to receive automated messages from Canaccord as of the middle of last week. They say it is being blocked by your server and isn't even going into my spam folder. Please fix this as I would like to view my accounts online.

  16. Getting to Yahoo! Groups

    When I try to get to my groups, I have to sign in, then I'm sent to some Yahoo! home page with nonsense articles and absolutely no way to get to my groups. I don't know if this is a mobile-only problem, but it's frustrating - especially if I've just followed an email link to a group I manage. If you can't work it to send a person to the page they expect to land on, can you at least make it possible to get to my group? Maybe a link near the top, 'See my groups' or something?

    Your update policy alert is very confusing. After the email reminder, clicking the new policy and so on, I could not find anywhere to click “agree”. So how do you expect your users to agree to these terms please?
