    Make a simple link where you can actually get through to support without having to go through 900 different steps just to end up getting a bunch of suggestions that have nothing to do with the problem and it won't allow you to go any further...this system simply sucks!!!

  7. I do not have international service on my phone and can not login in to my mail. Another option please.

    Give another option to sign into mail besides sending a text or call to users phone number. Being in another country and not having an international calling plan on phone does not help when trying to log into mail account.

  8. Please fix Yahoo Canada so the purple menu bar (All Stories News Entertainment, etc.) doesn't disappear when you scroll.

    Please fix Yahoo Canada so the purple menu bar (All Stories News Entertainment, etc.) doesn't disappear when you scroll. On the US Yahoo site, the menu stays in place so you can easily choose another category without having to scroll back up to the start of the page.

  9. Yahoo email not working. Cant open any emails, cant delete. HELP!

    Email been down for two days, takes me to a blank page whenever i try to open emails. Then it is stuck on the blank page until i go back into the mailbox itself. No folders can be opened, no emails can be deleted. I don't know if this is from a corrupt piece of mail or from a virus or if it's Yahoo itself. Any ideas?

  14. I have previuosly addressed this issue and have not received a response. Since I do have a copy of my request/suggestion I cannot follow up.

    Although there are options to have several folders, it is not convenient to move incoming & outgoing mail to a particular addressee - in that if you move the outgoing mail to the folder my name is displayed instead of the recipients name. As a result if there are multiple recipients the sort and search features are not helpful. Can this be fixed please. Thank You - Perry

  16. Absolutely detest the new ads that pops up in my email Inbox. Get rid of it!

    Please stop the ad at the top of my Inbox. Very distracting and Very annoying. I've complained to Rogers. They responded to me right away.
    Now I'm asking Yahoo to stop the ads - it's actually working against the ad companies.
