Update support information on this way too large a site
Include phone number for support in a more obvious place and update it to the correct number.. I shouldn't have to dial it to find out it is no longer supported. Also, hours of phone support should be on recording. And when I select help for 1. 'Password and sign on', don't have the recording to tell me to send an email,.. My problem is that I can't sign into email!

Yahoo Canada used to be focus on Canada.....
I remember when Yahoo Canada had Canadian news on the forefront of the page. This is just Yahoo USA. Too bad, I've had Yahoo.ca as my homepage for many many years. Guess I'll have to find a new homepage now.
If I wanted to read about the USA I can go to Yahoo.com ..... hhmm hang on a tic maybe that site has Canadian news on it... no wait, it won't, the US would then have to admit Canada exists. never mind.656th ranked -
I do not like your new format. Why did you change it? I liked it better when you listed the important articles rather than using large fon
Why don't you list something exciting so that it entices one to read on? You have too much information on the main page and it looks busy and confusing. Don't overdo it!!! Stick to the old format and do not change it again!!!

I cannot seem to find the easily accessable Yahoo.com I want it for a quick click to USA page.
I prefer the old setup, easy to find other yahoo's which I look at
all the time. If they are there, I sure missed them on this page.330th ranked -
When I sort by sender, I need a way to jump to a particular letter or part of my in tray. Cannot easily clean up my in tray.
Should be able to sort by any field and then jump to any part of the list. Can only go to the beginning or the end, which is not helpful when trying to clean up my intray.

Stop changing the email and front page. At yahoo new means worse not better.
Who keeping making these unhelpful changes. lately everything yahoo does punishes their regular users rather than helping them

Color scheme is absolutely unreadable... Change it back...
Your new color scheme for articles is unreadable (black on blue). Your graphics people should know this... Needs immediate rework to be readable.

Change the font colors on the articles. Black words on a blue background are invisible
Return to old format

Why is there a blue background on some pages? Difficult to read articles. Is it a glitch?
Why is there a blue background on some pages? Difficult to read articles. Is this a technical glitch that you are already working to eliminate?
Thanks for your concern.

Yahoo!; You've made a mess of your Homepage and I hate it. It's impossible to read a Blue caption against a Picture background.
- it's obvious you all don't give a damb about negative feedback. I have started to use Google more often and will continue to do so until I have left Yahoo! altogether.

Changes terrible - clearly intended to force us to choose routes that make you money.
Items previously optional (could edit out) now standard and untouchable, leaving little room to create personal interest home page.

www.yahoo.com resolves to Argentina (and Not Canada) on Bell.ca DSL connection
www.yahoo.com resolves to Argentina (and Not Canada) on Bell.ca DSL connection.
Same device on Rogers.com and Koodo mobile connection resolves correctly to yahoo.ca
Is this intended (aka something broken with Yahoo)
