  2. Train Your Employees Not To Lie

    Stop training your staff to be crooks. On a Yahoo mail issue call routed to Yahoo (California) overnight, they tried to sell me a $400 to $1500 service package saying all rundll32 files are hacker based, and until they fixed that they wouldn't fix my mail issue. They wouldn't release remote control of my computer despite numerous requests and used scare tactics suggesting all my passwords and identity "could" have been stolen.

    My ISP using Yahoo mail has verified this morning the problem is at YOUR end, so it couldn't have even BEEN FIXED by your staff and my ISP…

  5. yahoo please, advertisements blockin yahoo page adn so many down loads, stupid games they even blocked my sign in name

    they blocking yahoo page, my sign in name, so many stupid things like games, advertisements, downloads I really have problems what ever I open they follow me and on top of it idiot BING. I have tried many things they are still there

  10. I agree, the new home page sucks. Also I am having trouble opening my individual emails. I get to the list of incoming emails but sometime

    Yahoo email causing problems. I see the list of emails but cannot open them. I am slowly moving all email to google. Goodby Yahoo.

    Dear Yahoo, Please respond to all our suggestions. Are you listening? The news scroll is much too long, condense back to a headline only, with proper categories. If you fix that, it would take care of my biggest complaint. It seems to be the most common concern with your dedicated users

  19. I just swtiched to Mail.com. Sorry Yahoo.ca you lost me with your new cluttered style.

    The amount of useless information on the new page made it too cumbersome. I don't have time to scroll through all the information searching for the little bit that interests me. It's overwhelming. Please bring back your concise Yahoo.ca. Although it's too late...you lost me, a long time devotee. Hello Mail.com.
