    I am making this thread hopefully to get someone to help me! I just got done using the public library in my area. I logged in to my account and got in no problem. I have been using this same password for the last couple of months.

    Suddenly when I am checking my account info It ask for me to log in. So I do and I know this is for added security. I log in and it says password does not match???? I enter my password again and same message shows up!? What the heck I just entered my…

  4. i have memory loss...i am on disability with it...i cannot remember HOW to use this process you have changed to...i HATE it . put me BACK!!!

    PUT the OLD system BACK and STOP MESSING with what WORKS!!! if we want to change our password we will change it. if we don't want to...leave that up to us...but, get rid of this bull-**** new system that you have in place, now!!!

  8. An option to suspend email from receiving mail to stop all the spam without terminating account.

    I would like an option to temporarily suspend my email address from receiving mail without terminating acct. due to all the spam I get. With an auto response saying " THIS EMAIL ADDRESS IS NOT ACCEPTING MAIL AT THIS TIME "

    Stop with the passkey verification. I always use the same computer, so whether I use my e-mail a lot or a little should make no difference. Paying text rates just to check my e-mail is STUPID. Keep your service secure and don't worry about how often I use it.

Because the **** spammers are changing their domain continuously, and the "BIG YAHOO" DO NOTHING! I hate gmail too, but they have much less annoying "feature" like "new mail", "accounc veryfication", unblockable spams, and so on.

    Yahoo would be a much better mail provider if you would cut out the trash. I don't know when it became acceptable to blast mail recipients with all this news fodder. If you spent your time researching real news stories and stopped spreading your biased opinion about Trump's agenda it would be different.
