  6. Please help us get back the previous version.

    Help! We switched to the new Yahoo Mail and didn't like it. We tried to switch back to the previous version that we had and got Basic Mail. We wanted to land in between, which is where we were. Please help us restore what we had. We think that was Classic Mail. Thank you.

    I have received 2 notifications that email account under the penname "onehotflame@yahoo.com" is to be deactivated in one hour after opening the email. I only use this to talk to people or answer other ads. If it is to be deactivated for some reason or has been hacked then maybe I need to seek legal advice because I have had this account since the mid 90's. Let me know where I stand on this isswue!

  14. What's with your help section...yet again? It need help itself. Birthdate format is screwed and does not recognize.

    mmddyyyy and yet it doesn't recognize my birth date accordingly. I tried ddmyyyy and surely it didn't either. WHY DO I NEED TO PROVIDE SUCH SECURITY STUFF WHEN I HAVE AN ACCOUNT, USING IT WITH THIS AND YET CAN'T GET THE HELP REQUIRED?? YOU'RE STUPID!! YOU HAVEN'T IMPROVED! LOOK AT THE COMPLAINS HERE!     everyday every time I try to log on I get an error message ref. technical difficulties and I have to try two to three times to get my mail. over a month now ! can you get this right?

    Develop an app unsubscribing unwanted emails that have entered the
    spam or email inbox. The app should unsubscribe from anonymous emails that have no unsubscribe feature on them (website or an individual sender). An app that shuts down intruding personal emails from an unknown sender with a notification sent to a sender (source) that they will be cited for an invasion of privacy of an individual, a network, or a firm. Whether or not these sites were subscribed by Yahoo clients or not, there must be an option for Yahoo clients to shut down unwanted emails from automated mailing from…

  20. You need to show us how to delete our account, since your new "privacy" terms are terrible.

    Your claim of protecting our privacy is a fraud. We should have an easy way to delete our account, and all of our email history, without having to fly to New York for "arbitration".
