  2. Deleting Contacts

    this is the most convoluted way of doing contacts I have ever seen. The e-mail system assumes I want every blasted person I write in the contact list. You cannot easily edit or delete in a group. You can in Google, but for some stupid reason you thought it would be a good idea to have us delete INDIVIDUALLY? Why? Did it not OCCUR to you that we might just want to click on a group and delete? Why can we just not go to a CONTACTS page instead of the right side of the screen? If GOOGLE can do…

  3. Your help system is broken and needs a rework

    Your help system desperately needs a rework, the way it is designed makes zero sense. My account was given limited access when I attempted to join some fantasy football pro leagues, because I apparently had made another account. I found and deleted the other account but still had limited access, so I attempted to go through your help system to resolve the issue. First, I called the 800 number and was told they could not help me and that I would need to go to the help site and either search for answers or go through chat. So, I went…

  4. Provide REAL help!!

    All my contacts have been obliterated and I want to know how I can restore them, if possible. All your pre-determined help topics are way to prescriptive and completely useless in this situation. How do I find out how to restore my contacts!??? This is very irritating and VERY VERY inconvenient. Believe me... I wouldn't be bothering you if I had the answer myself. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME, PLEASE!????

    Someone using the account MageeEverleymEdY@yahoo.com has hacked my amazon account and there is no way that I can report this on here. I have contacted the online fraud police and reported this.

  13. June 2020- why does yahoo mail tell me I have no internet connection? This has been going on since 2016. The solution is not to log off.

    June 2020- why does my email keep telling me that I have not internet connection when I have internet connection. Logging off and back on is not the answer. I should not have to connect 3 hours before I can use my mail. Help!
