   Yahoo Help contains a large amount of useful information, but finding the correct solution can sometimes be overwhelming. Many articles are text-heavy, and users often need to open multiple pages before finding the answer to a single problem.

   I believe the Yahoo Help Center would be much more effective if it included interactive troubleshooting guides instead of relying primarily on static articles.

   For example, when a user visits the Help Center, they could select the issue they're experiencing, such as:

   Can't sign in
   Forgot password
   Recovery phone unavailable
   Recovery email inaccessible
   Account locked
   Two-step verification problems
   Emails not sending or receiving
   Spam or phishing concerns
   Account security issues

   Instead of displaying a long list of articles, Yahoo could ask simple questions one step at a time and provide personalized solutions based on the user's responses. This would make the troubleshooting process much faster and reduce confusion.

   Another improvement would be adding estimated resolution times for common issues. Users often don't know whether a problem can be resolved in a few minutes or if it may require additional verification. Providing this information would help set realistic expectations.

3. Better customer care for none-plus members

   I lost ALL my emails in my folders and because I don’t have yahoo plus I can’t talk to anyone or get Any help!!! I’ve been using yahoo email for years and it’s been great until now. ALL my stored stuff GONE! And I can’t get ANY help!!!

5. What's Gone Wrong?

   This New Yahoo Mail is the worst I have ever seen. Basic was perfect, elegant and functional. New Yahoo Mail is out of focus where once the imagery was sharp and focussed. The email headings are tuck away to one side. I have to manually reduce the size of each email because the only option I have is large! What's gone wrong?

6. Your Chat Bot isn't helpful, you allow predatory ads in inboxes, and your form has a character limit but doesn't display it

   I had a recent conversation with your chat bot where i asked repeatedly how to report a predatory/ scam ad that Yahoo Mail allowed to be displayed in my inbox, and every time I asked, it said it would provide me with instructions, and it did not. I can provide the transcript. It didn't give me any other useful resource for reporting the issue NOR did it provide me with alternatives to report how poorly the chat handled the conversation.

   It also said that there were no live agents available to assist, the only option i could find was the Yahoo+ subscription. General Yahoo users shouldn't have to pay an extra subscription price to report predatory ads. According to the FTC, If a business fails to remove fraudulent ads after being notified, they risk regulatory action. If you only give me one avenue to report a predatory/ scam ad (interacting with the ad and choosing to report it), you are not giving me an adequate opportunity to report the issue nor will you then be able to take action to remove the ad.

   At minimum, there needs to be an avenue to report a predatory/ scam ad within the Yahoo Help site.

9. If you block someone from commenting at least send an email to them.

   I am unable to see the comments on any Yahoo! story. I believe I was blocked but have no idea why. I did have a heated debate with someone who said they slept with my wife but I believe I took the higher road in my response. I would like to see some type of appeal process or at minimum an email explaining why I was banned and which statement caused the banning.

13. Checking if SPF/DKIM validation is actually working?

    Having an issue with a domain and its DKIM and SPF records causing emails sent to yahoo.com to not be properly received.

    Same emails are acceptable by other services and its headers show that the DNS settings are properly set.

    Searching for DKIM or SPF gives you no results. How exactly can you fix this issue for a receiver? It happens that I also use Yahoo Mail as paid subscriber. And even after following the steps provided by https://senders.yahooinc.com/best-practices/ such email are still bouncing back.

I am perfectly fine with the account and wish to continue my subscription to NORDVPN.     At Yahoo Finance "My portfolios" not opening. I get a repeated message that "Unable to open" Under such Situation I am unable to track / open holdings and transact and update.

20. Help to reinstat Account that was Removed Suspended by Yahoo.com

    My Yahoo Account nico8@yahoo.com was suspended and deactivated by Yahoo, I relied on My Yahoo Account Big Time, it is my Account I have my Google, Gmails and Microsoft Accounts reports to if I need to recover, I'm have been locked out of all my other Accounts and need to recover from my Yahoo Account but it was turmenated without worning, please reinstate it please it is also to dificalt to find a way to ask for help and relating to this respect I gould not find a solution to address this sort of problem within Yourself Help Service ❤️😎 I love My Yahoo Account and trust in Yahoo to Assist Please 👍
