You can improve help.yahoo by actually providing accurate information.
Provide accurate 'help' information and make it possible to actually contact a real person. Perhaps add an on-line chat option like other companies do.

Yahoo needs a support email address rather than just the online form that is very generalised and does not allow added text or photos.

it is a good idea but wouldnt that be violating your privacy i mean live chat yes but not vid too easy for someone to get into ur ip i would think
