There seems to be NO HELP
HELP and CUSTOMER CARE.. an oxymoron if there ever was one. I have been having log in issues and have reset my passwords to no avail. I cannot get through to Customer or Yahoo Pro for assistance. All I get is the questionable opportunity to listen to a LOUD, ANNOYING excuse for music and repeated whining about COVID-19. We know it's a problem, we know you're under-staffed, just DELETE the unnecessary music (?) and announcements and let us peacefully wait in silence ((maybe an occasional SOFT beep). Today I listened to about 45 minutes of "hillbilly heaven" + announcements and was then told, "sorry, we're too busy. Call back later. A novel idea!! How about having your technicians work to keep Yahoo running smoothly as it is rather than "improving" it and causing more trouble. (I don't know why I bothered with this message... there are NEVER results)

I FIND IT FRUSTRATING AND INCREDIBLY ANNOYING THAT A COMPANY AS BG AS YAHOO CAN'T SOLVE ITS CLIENT'S PROBLEM WHEN ITS YOUR SYSTEM'S FAULT ANYWAY. I'M HAVING A PROBLEM SIGNING IN TO MY ACCOUNT AND I TRIED GETTING HELP FROM TWITTER AND THEY SAID THEY'RE AFRAID THAT I CAN'T RECOVER MY ACCOUNT ANYMORE. I ALSO JUST CAME FROM TRYING TO SEND AN EMAIL TO THE CUSTOMER CARE AND WHEN I FINISHED TYPING A LONG *** PARAGRAPH EXPLAINING THE ISSUE I'M FACING, WHEN I CLICKED ON 'SUBMIT' IT REDIRECTED ME TO A PAGE THAT SAYS "OOPS" SO SO SO SO SO SO BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE OR COMPANY IN GENERAL!!!!

Hope Yahoo Help, helps us with... Appealing deletions so we can keep our accounts, rather than let some trolling people report unfairly. There is no way the Contact Us link works... and the Live Chat doesn't even answer appropriate questions asked looking for an answer....
