it doesn't even have anywhere to submit a technical support ticket on Yahoo! Please add that feature.
Add a feature to report specific te3chnical support issues. When I click in the box to select an email to move it, it just opens it instead, the buttons don't function to submit, star, or follow any of the commands it just freezes. It wouldn't copy and paste my message nor save it as a draft, so I lost ot when I refreshed and had to start over. Refresh and logging out and back in Yahoo doesn't work. Even restarting the whole computer doesn't work because it's Yahoo's fault and not the internet or computer. Only yahoo does this to me. I thought it was the phone at first, but on my PC it's doing the same thing! It keeps messing up. And there;s not support for customers even before COVID-19, so there's no way I'd pay for services on here seeing how bad it is. Help should offer more to include a feature to submit tech support tickets, easy accessibility to chat or call tech support for troubleshooting efforts, and customer service contact info easily available to speak to someone to assist and then maybe people would buy more products; as it is they have enough money with all these ads to hire support staff, so stop being so cheap.
