Mel call reference 05628426
I would like to file a complaint because as i was working with a man Name Mel on the Phone and he was very difficult to work for a small bill of reasons.
- the first time i called i was angry about being charged for something that i was promised not to be charged for in a previous yahoo account phone call. I apologized for my attitude and asked for resolution. We then tried to verify my account phone number and he told me that the account number was wrong and advised i look into the account myself. When I did, I saw that phone number i provided was the right number and that i told him that i was signed into my account and could see.
he continued to lie to me saying that the number was wrong and that there was nothing that he could do to remedy the problem. he said he needed to place me on hold. I hung up and tried again.
- the second time i was connected to Mel again and told him that i wanted to be sure that this is the phone number attached and that i knew that he was having a ******* contest with me, he said that he wasnt sure who that man was and that there was nothing that he coukld do if the phone number didnt match, so we tried the email and it went through, i instructed him to look through my account and verify the last phone of the phone number and it was then that he told me that the number was right and that he did know what happened.
When i continued to ask for account cancellation, he lied and said that there was nothing that he could do and wanted to transfer me to a different agent, i said that was fine, i would wait on the phone. Mel hung up the phone.
I called back and he said he didnt know what happened and tried to transfer me again and said it would take a minute. i asked for the phone number for the department and that i would call them myself, he then said that he could transfer me and that it would not be a problem.
