we should NOT have to PAY to contact customer support!!!
It is ridiculous how difficult it is to try to find answers on the HELP page, and that reaching a person means paying a monthly fee? THAT IS MESSED UP YAHOO!

This is seriously ridiculous to have to pay for support. The help page is useless and can't explain my issue. Been with yahoo for almost 25 years. crazy terrible customer service there.
