Support Hanging up on People?
Good Afternoon,
My email account was hacked. I have changed my password once already, and got locked out again.
I called the support line TWICE and was hung up on.
Someone has accessed all of my accounts linked to my email and I need it resolved ASAP. Even if that means permanently deleting the account to prevent it from happening further.
Your "support" team hanging the phone, is unacceptable. I understand it is not their personal information on the line. However, If they cannot actually provide adequate support and respect callers, they should find employment elsewhere.

I will continue to call every Yahoo number, email, and post on every social media page I can find until this is resolved.
