Charging for assistance with new AI defective Interface !
On AI creating your New Interface -not a big winner
Charging $$ for tech support! There are certainly reasons for Custom,high level, & non. standard requests, to sometime require payment.
But, when the PROBLEM IS WITH YOUR PRODUCT - well, that's PATENTLY ABSURD !
You need to own up to your mistakes ! It's starting to look like letting AI create your latest interface, may be a really big one.
Thank heavens your haven't removed the BIGGEST feature which makes me use your eMail app. That's the ability to "View Raw Message" - which allows me to validate Sender Info WITHOUT Opening the Message. So, Thank you for that !!
