You can improve by fixing the help option on the help screen and fixing the chat. On the help screen, when you click HELP a box pops up with a drop down that has no options to select from and it wont close when you tap the X. You can also fix this screen and allow for screen shot uploads. The chat just keeps asking if you want help but doesn't provide assistance.
