YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!!
We paid call service to reset a password( where it should’ve not been the yahoo user fault because the verification code on back up account is not sending to the email. ) and the process took an hour. The customer service doesn’t even respect customer’s time, we hardly understand them and giving repetitive information that’s already mentioned which prolonged the conversation
