Your Chat Assistant does not follow through after correctly confirming my issue, and stating that it will now provide articles and troubleshooting the issue.
Nothing happens after it says it will show me help articles, ending in 'is there any other issues?'

It says "I'll focus on providing information related to this specific issue."
But it does not do anything after that. I even looked at the background page to see if it had changed in any way to show those articles, it does not...

I tried every possible combination of 'no', 'only the such and such issue' or 'help articles' in response to the closing question of 'is there any other issues?' to no avail...
