allow people to return to basic when your new version doesn't work. You have crippled my email use. Downloads of attachments fail to load. or Appear. Nothing is working. been on chat for over 9 hours total. Tried countless things. And robot tells me you don't see those attempts to assist fixing. what is wrong with your punitive company. I have been with you 30 years!
