  1. Providing support instead of selling services

    I called 24 hours ago to seek help in having my yahoo account key notification sent to my new phone rather than the old device which does not have a sim card anymore because I transferred it to the new phone. Instead the agent set up a 2 steps account verification using a password and a notification. When I realized this the next day, I called the same support service and they tried to subscribe me to yahoo premium services @ $12/month. I have been with yahoo for over 20 years and never paid anything. I was asking for something…

  2. Man up & bring back the comments section . That is almost the only worth reading anymore

    To many articles that are not real but an ad to subscribe . To many articles that are only two sentences long , come on get real .   8. Don't force people to change their passwords and then not offer customer support except to pay for it.

    Provide actual live chat options with people, not a program. And not require access to so much just to submit this feedback. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Not helpful in any actionable way.

  9. The information you are requesting to verify identity for security on my email account is absolutely ridiculous. This is my back-up email.

    The second question asks me to describe an email I have sent from this account. Again, this is my back-up email. I have sent no emails from this account so I cannot answer this question. The only one I could answer was my registration name. This rendered your agent completely unable to help me. There are other ways to verify identity. Use them! My account is now locked because of a vicious cycle that I need to verify my account but I can't because I need to remove an invalid second source but I can't remove the second source because…

  11. I would like to retrieve my yahoo groups email list for friends-of-keith.

    Please send me the list of email addresses from my friends-of-keith yahoo group. I do not regularly check my yahoo email address so I missed the email warning that yahoo groups was closing. I have called the help desk and they say that they do not have access to that information. I believe that but I do not believe that the email list is gone forever. Someone in Yahoo has access to that information. Could you please help me find that person so that I can ask him/her to help me recover that list? Many thanks!

    Yahoo this is driving me insane! I know my password but since I have two factor verification enabled on my account and lost my old phone number I cannot reset my password. I can prove my email my name my social my birthdate how long ago I logged in when I created the account the old phone number on the account and I can prove that I did at one time through att have this number through with my name on the account through att. The people that now have my phone number refuse to give me the verification code…

    trump is being impeached and has violated the constitution. He only wants recognition and posting his photos and stories about his future internet plans is not something I and about 80 million other people are interested in.     HELP and CUSTOMER CARE.. an oxymoron if there ever was one. I have been having log in issues and have reset my passwords to no avail. I cannot get through to Customer or Yahoo Pro for assistance. All I get is the questionable opportunity to listen to a LOUD, ANNOYING excuse for music and repeated whining about COVID-19. We know it's a problem, we know you're under-staffed, just DELETE the unnecessary music (?) and announcements and let us peacefully wait in silence ((maybe an occasional SOFT beep).   19. Need some way to give feedback on purchases from Advertisers.

    I was defrauded by one of your Advertisers, and have been unable to locate any way to report the company to Yahoo. The company was "Marvel Store". I have already complained to them, and will be contacting my credit card company as well.
