  2. Yahoo Mail alias I go to "Settings" in Yahoo, then to Mailbox management and attempt to delete my "Email alias". I do what it says to click

    I go to "Settings" in Yahoo, then to Mailbox management and attempt to delete my "Email alias". I do what it says to click on "Remove alias". I do this and the "alias" disappears.
    The problem is, that it's should be deleted forever, but it comes back the next time I sign onto Yahoo. I've delete it ever time I sign on, but it will not die. How do you kill this thing?????.

    Instead of hiding or even taking away altogether methods to get in touch with someone unless you want to fork out £5 quid a month for something you might only need once in a blue moon. Im having an issue with my email account which has started very recently, its bouncing around all over when trying to scroll.   5. Customer Care? No really, is there such a thing as Yahoo customer care?

    There is no customer care. This is a joke right? I want someone, a person, a human being, to contact me to tell me why I have to continually delete spam when I've already directed it to be deleted and block the senders. I'm just going to stop using it altogether.

    I do NOT live in California so why do I keep seeing ads & political news stories for Californians? Can't you at least allow us to input the RIGHT STATE because your algorithm only finds the SERVER which is in California not OREGON where I live!

  7. Yahoo doesn’t help the customer, but caters to the hackers

    Maybe yahoo as a company should understand hackers exist in 2022. That as a customer we should be top priority. Someone has hacked into my account and out of 3 employees all of them said oh sorry that sucks. What kind of customer service is this?? Terrible! And this is why yahoo fluctuates so much in the stock market and revenue. Nobody wants to be with them! Never again will I’m make a yahoo account.

  8. Can't receipt email from @instagram on my yahoo :( my instagram account is blocked without this rescue email

J'ai bien tester avec mes autres comptes attaché à d'autre messagerie le problème vient bien de yahoo mail. Impossible de réinitialiser mon mot de passe sans cet email que je ne reçois pas !!   12. Yahoo deleting email accounts if You work in China? Ridiculous!

    I have received an email that Yahoo plans to delete an email account I've had for many years just because I temporairily work in China. I am an AMERICAN! If my account b_johnson827 is deleted, I will NEVER use any Yahoo service again! Ridiculous! and Cowardly, Yahoo!

  13. Getting rid of repetitive ads

    I have repeatedly clicked the feedback icon to get rid of ad I find inappropriate and it continues to pop up. What is the point of giving feedback on ads if you can't get them to stop? Find a way to make getting rid of them once and done. I want to be able to stop ads I find offensive, inappropriate or not relevant. The help site is useless.

  15. Allow a person to contact your "Legal Department" electronically, email or phone. Thanks

    Recently I was asked by Bank Of America to contact your Legal Department. I sent an email to your customer care. A few days later I was asked to contact your Legal Department via USPS with a letter. This seems kind of insane, being it is almost 2022. Everything else is done electronically or over the phone and you are still using USPS for legal issues. As of today more than a week later I have not heard from Yahoo Legal Department.

  16. You just lost me because there are no settings now; I HATE grid format presentation.

    Settings should be available to customize the look. For example I hate grid-format presentation. I will use Google search now, even though I don't like it as well as the "old" Yahoo search page which had interesting stories to click on.

  17. Providing support instead of selling services

    I called 24 hours ago to seek help in having my yahoo account key notification sent to my new phone rather than the old device which does not have a sim card anymore because I transferred it to the new phone. Instead the agent set up a 2 steps account verification using a password and a notification. When I realized this the next day, I called the same support service and they tried to subscribe me to yahoo premium services @ $12/month. I have been with yahoo for over 20 years and never paid anything. I was asking for something…
