    Yahoo is guilty of censorship of conservative voices. You are not keeping anybody safe, you are censoring certain voices. Most of the headline stories will not allow me to even see comments much less make my voice heard. Comments are there but I'm not allowed to see them. I'm careful to follow guidelines even as I'm being pummeled with names and insults. I'm not allowed to use words that abusers freely use repeatedly. I don't need to explain this to you.     This is from my newly created account to 'YOU" my old long unused yahoo account magajastra@yahoo.com ...they are denying me access as my recorded recovery phone number +91 94321 58023 is currently out of service & hence i cannot use it to see/recieve the verification codes they wish to send to for confirmation purposes...even while i have the correct password which i had written down...what is the solution...to revive my old account, which has nostalgic value to me???

  4. Deleting Fantasy Basketball team

    A league Commissioner assigned me Co Commissioner status to help him with his league. It appears the league won't run this year, and I want to delete my team. There is no way for me to delete my team. It tells me to delete league when I try, but then says I cannot delete
    league because I am not the main Commissioner. I want to play in another league but not being able to delete my team here is preventing that because it would be my 8th.

  5. Your Fantasy Plus product was charged to me twice even though I didn't order it. Your support person was not helpful and could not resolve

    You need someone answering the phone that can actually help the customer. I was told the issue would be reported to the team and that was it! I was double charged for a service I didn't even order and told that there are no refunds???? How is that possible?

    smallbiz.yahoo.com is now supported by a subcontractor turbify which is NOT business friendly. You can no longer update your own webpage. Customer service is a JOKE!
    I have been a customer of more then a decade.

  9. Support Hanging up on People?

    Good Afternoon,
    My email account was hacked. I have changed my password once already, and got locked out again.
    I called the support line TWICE and was hung up on.
    Someone has accessed all of my accounts linked to my email and I need it resolved ASAP. Even if that means permanently deleting the account to prevent it from happening further.
    Your "support" team hanging the phone, is unacceptable. I understand it is not their personal information on the line. However, If they cannot actually provide adequate support and respect callers, they should find employment elsewhere.

    I go to "Settings" in Yahoo, then to Mailbox management and attempt to delete my "Email alias". I do what it says to click on "Remove alias". I do this and the "alias" disappears.
    The problem is, that it's should be deleted forever, but it comes back the next time I sign onto Yahoo. I've delete it ever time I sign on, but it will not die. How do you kill this thing?????.

    Instead of hiding or even taking away altogether methods to get in touch with someone unless you want to fork out £5 quid a month for something you might only need once in a blue moon.   14. Customer Care? No really, is there such a thing as Yahoo customer care?

    There is no customer care. This is a joke right? I want someone, a person, a human being, to contact me to tell me why I have to continually delete spam when I've already directed it to be deleted and block the senders. I'm just going to stop using it altogether.

  16. Yahoo doesn’t help the customer, but caters to the hackers

    Maybe yahoo as a company should understand hackers exist in 2022. That as a customer we should be top priority. Someone has hacked into my account and out of 3 employees all of them said oh sorry that sucks. What kind of customer service is this?? Terrible! And this is why yahoo fluctuates so much in the stock market and revenue. Nobody wants to be with them! Never again will I’m make a yahoo account.
