Unhelpful Chat Agent
I experienced a technical issue with Yahoo mail and contacted a live agent through chat. Agent Baz said it was a technical issue on Yahoo's end and that I should try again in a couple of hours. Then he(?) asked me to rate him and then abruptly left.
Zero stars. And zero stars for Yahoo's chatbot.
