    I’m very disappointed on how yahoo is handling people accounts who has locked out because of forgotten password. They are making it extremely hard I have had my account for over 12 + years and they are not helping at all. All of my important information is link to this account and they just shown how they don’t care. My email mz_harp@yahoo.com is extremely important to me and I and can’t get anyone at the customer service to help your NEW verification system sucks really bad I will never be another yahoo account again !

    How do I set up a yahoo.co.uk email address? The default is yahoo.com but I want yahoo.co.uk.
    I cant find anything in the FAQ or help section on this at all.

    YAHOO REJECTS ALL OF YOUR COMMENTS FOR NO REASON.
    ACTUALLY YAHOO REALLY DOES NOT EXIST.
    THEY WERE SOLD OFF BY VERIZON AND ARE JUST A FIGMENT OF YOUR IMAGINATION.

  7. You must show how many "Spam" we have in our account.

    Need you to show me in the "SPAM" icon how many ones do I have. Because if I don't see anyone on it, I don't check them. So it's very harmful for me.

  8. Allow your customers to talk to an agent about basic questions without having to pay any money

    Allow your customers to be able to talk to an agent about basic questions without having to pay any money for simple questions and then the customer can be directed on what to do next. Then if its something that needs to be paid for the agent can advise on how and what needs to me done!!

  9. Customer support is garbage

    I tried cancelling my subscription leading up to the automatic renewal deadline, but was unable to get through to the chat service that is limited to M-F, 9AM ET-6PM ET - only available during work hours, expecting customers to work around their work schedules as opposed to providing flexible times and dates throughout the week and weekend - and rarely works when you do find the time to fit it in. Had to spend six hours fighting through "OOPS!" messages and "try again later!" updates before I finally got through. Conveniently told I would be able to cancel my subscription,…
