Allow your customers to be able to talk to an agent about basic questions without having to pay any money for simple questions and then the customer can be directed on what to do next. Then if its something that needs to be paid for the agent can advise on how and what needs to me done!!

I can't even recover my old childhood email because it is blocked behind 2 factor authentication (old mobile number I dont have anymore) and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to talk to a human being.
The phone numbers they have set up don't even work!
