your daily nba contest starts at 7:00 p.m. eastern.........But....you have a game in there that starts at 3:00 p.m. eastern.................this happens every week................... this cannot be the best that you can do

You have zero customer service. Zero. No phone number. Nobody to contact. Nobody in charge. This shortcoming cost me $20,000 in state taxes because I had NO ******* IDEA you had changed to reporting gross winnings to IRS. Every other DFS site report a 1099 only if over $600 in net profits. Yahoo just decided one day to change their policy and no warning to me at any point. Ignorant.

Yahoo is required by the IRS to issue a Form 1099-MISC if your gross winnings from Yahoo Fantasy contests total $600 or more in a calendar year. Note - recently passed legislation will increase the reporting threshold from $600 to $2,000 starting in 2026.
The Form 1099-MISC is based on Gross Winnings across the Yahoo Fantasy games, and will not factor in entry fees.

Withdrawals back to paypal
Yahoo company should anticipate payouts getting out in a sufficient timeline to the users and not keep it using that excuse of high volume. When you know that's expected. And then the yahoo representatives are saying these payout reviews are done manually, which seems very not efficient. For various reasons, the users should not have to wait beyond three business days to receive funds back to account.
Similar to other paid fantasy and sports betting sites, withdrawal requests are subject to a review process. Requests are manually reviewed by our billing team and may take a few business days to process. Due to the volume from full fantasy payouts, you may experience longer review times. Send money to PAYPAL and don't refund deposits
This practice of refunding deposits on DFS rather than withdrawing to your Paypal acount is absolutely terrible. I had money refunded to a Cash Card that I got as a gift. It was a temporary gift card that got thrown out. So I tried to withdraw and the money got sent to a nonexistent Mastercard, gone forever. I'm done playing Yahoo DFS for good. Ridiculous

When possible, we’ll first refund your original deposits to the payment method you used. Any remaining approved withdrawal funds are then sent to your PayPal account. You’ll receive an email explaining how your payout was processed, and you can also view these details in your wallet's transaction history.
If funds went to a card that you no longer possess, you'll need to reach out to the issuer of the card to work with them on obtaining the refund.

Prices are way too high, Its Trash. Moving to Draft Kings if it doesn't improve
I run a daily league of normal dudes, they want superstars on their team. Your prices are much too high. The beauty of daily is it is a level playing field...we all have to pay the same for whoever we want. So there is no reason to make superstars unattainable. As of right now (week 15) I estimate all your prices are about $4 too high except the cheapest of players(sub $16). Compare yourself to draft kings. Their prices would always exceed yours in the past, been playing in leagues on both sites for 6 years. Now your prices are…

Yahoo DFS is pathetic. Contacted you yesterday about a scoring error. Your response--"Yahoo Sports has acknowledged your report of incorrect scoring for Antoine Semenyo and is working to fix it. 24 hours later and it's still not fixed. Today you screwed the scoring yet again. WTF is it" Once you score a goal it stays even after the goal was disallowed. Emile Smith Rowe DID NOT SCORE in the Fulham- Crystal Palace match. Never will I play for money until you can score matches properly. It's funny I NEVER have these problems with DRAFT KINGS.

I'm very upset with the change for Starting active players as no longer giving us the ability to do the whole week. You may be losing a customer as this is very hard as many days I'm away and I don't have a signal to update every day.
