Closed Caption on Videos
It would be really great if you had closed captioning available on the videos that are posted. Almost every single video/article that I click on that has a video, the closed caption is always unavailable.

close caption your videos , deaf people need subtitles to watch your videos , the ones with a brief text description and no closed caption are a violation of FCC rules , if its aired with closed caption then by law it must be on the videos on the web!!! ignore this and you will get sued for discrimination!!!

This is the decision of the source that posted the videos, not Yahoo.
Closed caption cannot just be magically "added" to an existing video. A human being must listen to the video and type in the captions. The captions must become part of the video. They can't be added to streamed videos on the fly
Since the videos are not stored on the Yahoo site (they are stored on the original news source site), they can't be edited by Yahoo to add captions.
Also, closed caption is normally a part of broadcast and cable TV, not internet streaming. It must be done a different way for streaming.
