Stop requiring sign in every time
Every time I open my computer for the day, I'm required to sign in?? That should not be required on my computer. All other sites memorize my sign-in information.

commentedI have spent the better part of the last 3 days trying to recover my yahoo email password only to be told by 5-6 people there is nothing they can do unless I can give them the name of a file I created in INbox or the last two emails I made and got a response to AND the exact subject matter Since I cannot get into my emails this is impossible and that is the excuse they are using to deny me access to an account I have had for 15+ years. The phone number I have had for 20 years does not match up with the one on file. My profile is still up but when I try to sign out it will not let me because I am not verified. But I cannot go to my email even though I am apparently signed in. How does that work? I do not expect an answer or to ever see my old emails again because I feel they really really do not care.

commentedAm I the only one with sign in issues? I have to sign in constantly. I can read an e-mail, click back on the in box and have to sign in again. It's since Yahoo has that new, "are you sure you want to stay signed in" message. Now it says Got it. Well, it's not working, I'm not being kept signed in.

commentedJust what I said. You web developers keep pitching cool new things to your management. Well how about this? FIX THE DAMNED THING INSTEAD OF "IMPROVING" IT!

commentedLet user check an unchecked sign-in box as box is suspiciously found prechecked. Not appropriate.

commentedThank you for not making att/bellsouth address users go to second page to sign in. Love that improvement. Though I've checked, "stay signed in" I still have to sign in each time I open the page, as if a cookie is not being stored to save the login. Anything I can do on this end or you can do on your end to make the "stay signed in" work. I have made no changes here, the change seems to be on your end. Thanks!

commentedyour merger with ATT for access to email is horrible. it has tons of issues. its constantly logging out even though i set it to stay logged in. when you try to log back in it takes you a page that says successfully logged out. when you try and log in again it gives IBM errors. takes 3 or 4 tries to get to my email.
then you want to charge $ for tech support when its YOUR issues we need support with. -_-
