Gov. Lamont it is refreshing that you call a Trump mantra bull. He started that whole
Blue State Bailoutand it was one of his mantras that he tried with his BASE over and over. He would not treat any of the states that he said
were blue-run by a democrat- and give them help of any kind because
he considered they did not deserve it because they did not run their states properly. This was a big reason I did not consider him a Pres.
because he never did anything that he did not blame the democrats
for and his followers picked that up and you will here it time and time
again, the way that the American people even say "democrat". No he
was not a president but I am glad that Gov. Lamont is using his head
and know very well that you could use the money in your state. Thanks.
