No, no, and NO! He joined the military in 1994. That means he only had about 14 years in the service. NO ONE can "retire" with fewer than TWENTY years in the service, unless they are released on medical disability retirement. That would be like me working for Walmart for a few years then telling everyone I "retired from Walmart" because I quit.
PLEASE do at least some basic research before you write your articles.
