Mike Bebernes' police story
I spent 41 years as a police officer doing just about every aspect of police work to include patrol, criminal investigations, warrant service, court bailiff, firearms instructor, and more. We do not need a national rule on training as this country is made up of 50 states (actually small countries themselves). What works in New Jersey doesn't work in Alabama. What works in Arkansas doesn't work in California. What works in New York does not work in Montana. And the list goes on and on. There are solutions , but they won't happen because they cost literally billions of dollars, involve too many people, and will take decades to establish.
