Alcohol abuse, we do not hear enough about this I know. I have commented
on it many times. I have a family that had many more problems with BOOZE, than with any other drugs. I have commended on it go producers of shows on TV and Movies. Watch a Hallmark Movie and you
will pick up what I am talking about fairly quick. I know myself how nice it
is to have a glass of wine but when you see every single time two people or one get together out comes the wine over and over again
through out the movie. It is habitual. They make it look soooo nice.
This article talks about what the media did for smoking and this could
be done with drinking but it will be harder because alcohol is insiduous. Look back into the 10th Century(and beyond), the Church,
how people used booze to get people to do things. Like Lewis & Clarke for example. Booze and ***, all they way down the Missouri
River. Guns were also a problem but not as much. Remember how
much is made of alcohol every hour off of booze, EVERY HOUR. I
do believe that the figure that was indicated in the article is way off.
Double it and think about the damage to families and in each family if
there is an alcohol there probably will be some form of abuse and you
would have a hard time putting a dollar value on that. This is a issue
that has been long forgotten because prohibition does not work so you have to stop it from within, the emotional within that drives the
human and most animals to want to be high. The Roman's that made
many vats of wine. This would be a big job for someone and it is a hard job because there is so much money in it and so many people
who love to get high. Think about it. sorry about all the typos.
