Yahoo's goal is curtainment of free expression which I thought was guaranteened by the 1st Amendment

If the 1st Amendment of the Constitution protects Yahoo from their "free" speech, then Yahoo, who uses this only to their benefit! This is a major constitutional delemna. This is a company exerts its powe to excercise their rights over their users, who constitutionally be in benefit of those same rights! I believe any viable national company that impinges my rights of free speach, and then in turn, broken the very law that they want the governemtn to provide them! Who's the hypocrites here.....seems to be Yahoo and the government!
