I am against all war but the Ukraine did not have a say in it except, resist or bow to Russia.
I became aware of the Ukraine when the former tried to implicate them in
his smear campaign against our now President Biden. It resulted in his
first Impeachment. I felt at that time that this country(Ukraine) was not
your run of the mill leadership and citizenry. They could have bowed to
the formers demands but with the help of the US Military Officer who was a hero in his actions at that time and afterwards. I am hoping that
when Russia realizes they will no get what they want and before many
people have to lose their lives or are injured, we can ALL come to some peaceful agreement. I know I am a POLLYANNA when it comes
to these conflicts but as history has taught us, there are no winners.
One of the biggest things we all have to be grateful for is the Unitied
front we have shown to the world. That feels like things just might be
getting back to normal for the world. Maybe we can not go force and
completely wash the formers horrible stain on our country and the
world.
