I am not receiving e-mails sent by people I know. They are receiving my e-mails but when they use my e-mail to respond I am not receiving

Allow my friends, relatives, and others to send their E-mails to me.
The only E-mails I am receiving are those from businesses! I can successfully send E-mails to those mentioned above but they cannot respond to my E-mails or even send new ones to me.

    My relatives and friends cannot get in contact with me through Yahoo Mail. I have spoken to them by telephone and they all have verified my correct e-mail address. Why would Yahoo block my receiving e-mails from private persons?
