I got banned from commenting on an article for making legitimate arguments. I am confused who is in control of this and why they think they think they can restrict freedom of speech when nothing said was even offensive. It is extremely worrying that we are moving towards big brother status.

Absolutely messed up! Had my account for over 16 years, been logging into it on the same computer almost daily, and literally the same day I got a new phone number my account suddenly asked for a secondary verification. Now, I was entering in the correct email, correct password, using a known (over 10 years) device. It just wanted a secondary verification, which I could not do because I no longer had access to my old phone number. Contacted "customer support" had to send them my ID to verify I was me. No issues there... They COULD fix the problem, but ONLY if I paid for the $12.99 monthly Premium Customer Support Access. ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?!?! After a 30 min phone call, I am done with Yahoo, should have ditched it years ago. (That was my first problem) All because of a technicality and a new monthly subscription they are basically forcing me into if I want to regain access to my account. I can't even, I am still dumbfounded. You would think that an active email of 16+ years would mean something, most definitely not. Will never use Yahoo for anything again. I only made this account so I could comment on this stuff.

There's no rights here. Only trans pandering and the promoting of mental health issues.

I suggested that Yahoo should post more timely articles after they had: "The Bengals won because they trusted their QB. The Chiefs put theirs on the sidelines today."
My comment was removed because it "violates Yahoo guidelines". Apparently you aren't allowed to be critical of them at all.

perhaps there's too many triggered moderators and to me bans should only be handed out to those who make threats or continually violating the rules. Were you ever notified of the ban?

Yep, me too. Yahoo divides more than the bring together. 80% negative articles with out balance.
Oh well, off to another site.
