When I checked our records, I can't seem to pull up a Stripe account that will allow your invoice to process a card payment.
What your customer may have seen is the default card payment feature in the app which allows your customers to enter their card details to show their intent to pay via credit card. Your customers will not be charged however until you decide to sign up with Stripe within 7 business days of this intent. Rest assured that accepting the payment through the app is optional.
If you do not wish to process payments through Stripe, simply turn off "Accept credit card payment" in the customer payments option in the settings of your Bookipi mobile app. Once you do, the customer's card details for this payment will be released as well. Please make sure to contact your customer and arrange a different payment method.
If you wish to accept the payment, please go to Settings and then Customer Payment Options and enable the "Accept credit card payment" button to start the onboarding with Stripe. Please be advised that there are surcharges when using their service and the first payout may have a delay of 7 days.
