Customer support is horrible
OMG, I called customer support. Took more than 20 minutes to speak to the rep. She kept telling me to speak louder but if I spoke louder, I would've been shouting and then she hung up on me. When I came to the survey, it asked the question 3 X before accepting my 1 rating for the abysmal service you provide.
My original complaint has to do with the algorithm you use to monitor comments in Yahoo News. Can you please stop this nonsense!!!
I am so ****** off at Yahoo. You're a joke of a company.
