It's hard to tell why you censor people because you don't explain why. You just make a general comment without any specifics.

I think, I hope the fascist will soon be going to prison where he belongs. It's the perfect place, for him, just perfect.

Did you ever see a more pathetic mug than that sourpuss, Trump.

The commenter is the one who needs to move to another country where censorship is admired.

This happened to me after too many rejections of my comments. Most of them simply had to do with the choice of words that I used, none of which were profane. I did get attacked here and there, and did make some snarky and sarcastic comments in retort but I wasn't using hate speech. They finally banned me from commenting for that article because of this comment:
Ok, you mean that the Holocaust did not dehumanize the Jews? Or that slavery was not dehumanizing? Couldn't use the N word in relation to Germany because of the algorithm
So, tell me how that violates their policy? I substituted Holocaust for Nazi because the Algorithm won't allow the use of the word Nazi. Well, why? Is that going to erase the history of the Holocaust. Should we now forget there were and still are Nazis. Should we just stick our head in the sand and ignore.
Stop the nonsense Yahoo!

They're using an Algorithm and that is the problem. Whoever programmed it, is causing this havoc with comments.

Safe. All you are doing is ******* people off by using an Algorithm that prevents the use of almost any word with a negative connotation. Who's the stupid *** who programmed this into your system?

That's how dictators and authoritarians work. Their word is final with no accountability. Totally contradictory to principles of juris prudence that have been established in our society for a thousand years.

Tell me about it. It's because they use an Algorithm that filters words not ideas. An Algorithm cannot think. It's probably because they don't want to hire people to monitor the comments. They probably thought it would be a good idea but it has turned into a nightmare.

It's because you depend on a thing that can't think to monitor the responses. Apparently Yahoo spends too much time trying to make money and doesn't want to spend some to hire people to do the job. I guess that's Internet business model. Low profile, no transparency, do what you want without accountability.
