Gathering feedback
Gathering feedback is the "Catch 22" of the Yahoo lies! They gather but reap no benefits to anyone but themselves----they keep their jobs! I propose that for every "gathering feedback" Yahoo response that the yahooless have to provide adequate responses or lose their jobs! Nothing motivates like loss of money!
