The new format sucks!!!!!! If I can't switch back I will find a new homepage.

Allow the customers to switch back. There is not one post here or on the net that says that someone likes the new format

Thank you for the feedback! We do have an option to revert back to the previous version. At the top of the page you should see a purple banner. Within that banner you would need to click on "Old Version" or you'll see an option saying return to yahoo.com. For additional support please visit help.yahoo.com

    Have option to go back to OLD yahoo home page. HATE the new one

    I am a elderly lady who wants to switch back to the Classic Yahoo Homepage. "Help" tells me the link is near the top of Yahoo homepage but there is no link there. the new homepage is to complicated with alot of stuff I am not interested in and to confusing for me. Please tell me how I can switch back Please.

    The new layout stinks. Thanks for giving me another reason (along with the useless irrelevant articles) to avoid using Yahoo. As soon as I migrate my email accounts I won't be back.

    This "new" Yahoo Mail you've forced on everyone sucks, it is horrible. If you truly gave a **** about your customers you'd listen to them.

    The new version doesn't open properly, on Safari at least.

    Many photos are blank purple or greyed out!

    There is a button "Sign in" when I am already signed in.

    Even the 'survey' wouldn't upload.

    Please correct, or preferably give us back the old version, which worked perfectly well. There are a load of incompetent programmers there...

    Hate, hate, hate the new look to email. Just can't fathom how this new version is better. Just too many steps to delete emails. Have to swipe, next, swipe, next, swipe next to get to an old email if I ever find it. Trying to delete multiple emails I inevitably touch one wrong and it opens and I have to start all over.
    Hate, hate, hate. I tried to restore the old look but just can't.

    Worst home page yet, the new format is missing so much. Go back to the previous home page or I will take my business elsewhere.

    The new Yahoo mail sux so much it is even impossible to give fair criticism. Nobody reads it anyway so why bother.

    I would like my old, traditional home page back. The new layout is just a mess of stuff I am not interested in.

    Go back to the original layout. It was a lot easier to use. What you have now should be in the toilet.

    The new main page SUX.... I am not interested in a "trending" category for ANYTHING. Leave things alone , every time you change things its ALWAYS worse
