The new format sucks!!!!!! If I can't switch back I will find a new homepage.
Allow the customers to switch back. There is not one post here or on the net that says that someone likes the new format
Thank you for the feedback! We do have an option to revert back to the previous version. At the top of the page you should see a purple banner. Within that banner you would need to click on "Old Version" or you'll see an option saying return to yahoo.com. For additional support please visit help.yahoo.com

The new layout looks very like GMail. I have a Gmail account, but I rarely use it, in part because I don't feel the page is as easy to use.

IT IS VERY, VERY HARD TO READ. SPACING IS TOO SMALL. EACH E-MAIL IS TOO CLOSE TO THE PREVIOUS ONE. MAKE THE SPACES WIDER OR THE FONT LARGER.

Hate the new Yahoo Mail. Very hard to tell what is new and the old posts that we are still following. The fact that we can only choose between white and dark is ridiculous. There should a choice between background color or theme, also some way of new mail - maybe have it in bold. I feel like we have no choice in style or color or anything!

If we can't go back to the "old" version of the notifications page, can you meld both versions together to make it easier for us "older" users to negotiate it.

Hello,
The new Yahoo Mail is horrible. Please consider giving back the good old classic Yahoo Mail.
Thank you.

Why did you change the home page? It is horrible. Not even usable. You are driving me away from yahoo. I have had an account since you started.

**Feedback on the Yahoo Homepage**
The Yahoo homepage offers a convenient way to stay updated with news, weather, finance, sports, and email in one place. The overall layout is clean and easy to navigate, making it simple to find popular services.
One suggestion would be to provide more personalization options so users can choose which topics appear first based on their interests. Improving page loading speed and offering additional accessibility features would also enhance the browsing experience for a wider range of users.
Overall, the Yahoo homepage is a useful starting point for daily information, and continued improvements to customization and usability would make it even better.

For many tablet and phone users, forcing the cursor focus into the search bar opens the keyboard. This causes frustration as many users wish to just navigate the articles or home page and are forced to close the keyboard on every Yahoo page they navigate to. Please consider dropping the search bar cursor focus for mobile/tablet devices.

My idea is to drop the new homepage design, which features "trending," "games," "NBA," "pets and animals," etc. I see no way to personalize this. I used to love (what was in fact) MY YAHOO page, since I could personalize the content. Now, when I go to Yahoo, my experience is awful and reflects the garbage culture of the Internet.

The way you just changed the format on the home page will not let me see what articles are about. Then ads come up so I can see basically nothing. I have a notebook and this change makes Yahoo unusable.

How do I get rid of pets and animal ads? I have absolutely NO interest in them but they take up half the space on yahoo news. FIX the comments section. I have tried to post on some stories only to be told that there was a problem loading comments. F I X it. I use you instead of google because they lockup downloading half the time. I am going back to google if something isn't done soon.

Your page is now on a black background and I can see no way to change it back to white. This is terrible.

You have frozen the first row (Symbol, Company Name, Change%, Last Price, Shares, etc) of the portfolios in the Yahoo finance section. That was a great idea but you forgot to freeze also the first column so, we can not scroll the columns to the right anymore.
Could you please freeze panes in your spreadsheet in both directions (rows and columns)?
Thank you!

I make extensive use of the Yahoo "Notepad" feature. As of last week, it no longer displays properly on my phone. There are 3 sections on the site: Notebooks, Notes, and then individual notes that you click on. The 3 sections are now truncated to the point you can no longer click on or view individual Notes. It still displays properly on a computer, but the mobile version is broken. I have tried Safari, Firefox, and Chrome and all give me the same broken display. I have tried all of the idea that your AI assistant suggested (clearing cache, etc) but to no avail
