I do not see where a user can talk or chat to a real person. Chat bots only work to a point. I use a couple computers (Mac's) and my laptop is a MacBook Pro 2014 running Monterey and I cannot get yahoo mail to work anymore. Seems to have stopped working 4 or so days ago and all I get from the online chat is a process that when followed, doesn't work. On the Mac when trying to add my yahoo credentials (after deleting them as they were not working) it should bring up a account credentials window but it doesn't, I get a white screen that eventually times out. I suspect there is a Monterey support problem now but there is no where that suggests this or anyone to talk to. My Mac mini works fine but it is on current Tahoe OS.
