  2. No customer service phone number, no e-mail service to cust service, no way to contact you

    On Android phones, you have an items called Yahoo "Newsroom". This stopped working. You have no web address to download a new version, or to download even the old version. You have no phone number. Your phone thing called "Just Answer Yahoo", does not work.

    You have 8,500 employees. What do they do? Why do you pay them.

    What I am asking for is BASIC STUFF. Any IT employee knowing something could make this self-service web-site happen. Are you guys all sitting their counting your stock option gains, instead of doing actual work?

  3. Make Feedback page easier to find.

    It took me days and several searches to finally find this feedback page. I started looking for it when you introduced the ads and videos that expand and start automatically. I even searched yahoo feedback which took me to the help page. There was nothing in all of the FAQs that I went through and no clear link to this page. In fact, looking for this page only led me to believe that it is purposefully difficult to get to in order to reduced the number of complaints or negative feedback.
