Make it easier to block email addresses. I still dont know how to block people or addresses . Why does it have to be so complicated?

Why is it, that when you start selling email spam protection, all of a sudden my inbox is filled with spam emails. Didn't get nearly as much
Why when you start selling Spam protection, suddenly my inbox is filled with Spam, I send it to spam folder and I get your email. It is the same spam over and over again. comes in every 20 minutes, yet before you started selling your protection, I rarely got any spam. Why is that?

Better spam filtering by Yahoo
Yahoo needs to better filter phishing emails as regards to McAfee Antivirus expired fake emails and also those from companies claiming you won a gift card. These are all clearly fakes, designed to steal bank or credit card information. They also take up a lot of room in my Inbox or Spam folder and are getting very annoying ... Please get this fixed ... Thank you

Move the "Mark as Spam" tag farther away from the "Delete" tag
I accidentally hit "Spam" sometimes instead of "Delete" because they are so close to one another. Then I wonder why I stop seeing messages from that person or organization. If you would just separate the Spam tag farther from the Delete tag it would help a lot.

Yahoo - As a 30+ year user of your Yahoo email, I hate to say this, but you have the absolute worst Spam filters in the business.
Been getting the same spam email in my inbox for a year. Nothing I do stops it, and I really don't think you care.

Don't delete account for inactivity for one year
One year is small time frame to mark account for deletion give it 3 to 5 years.

Adjust your automatic email deletion system
You seem to have a policy where you just delete ENTIRE email accounts worth of emails due to 1 year of inactivity, I don't know if you've ever met someone who has spent a decent amount of their life living around the internet or not but this policy is pretty horrendous for some of these people, some have emails going back to very young in their lives and its not even mentioned sufficiently, I went to see if my late mother had sent me anything in the past on my FIRST EMAIL only to find it is completely cleared. Spam barrage lately!
Please put better filters in place -- if the "ad" says "Verizon" and the big "Click Here" button doesn't point to Verizon, well.....then.....mark it as spam and keep it out of the Inbox.

I received an email from the feedback people asking me to contact them through Facebook or Twitter. I am on neither one of those platforms. In the past, I have been asked to give another email address. I don't have another email address. My suggestion was about not being made to struggle to get into my email. I am following your instructions to install the Yahoo EMAIL APP.
I don't want news stories, I don't give two shiPs about sports or current events, I don't want advertising, I JUST WANT MY STUPID EMAIL APP.
Please get rid of all the other garbage you've linked to your email app.
I can click on another button if I want to waste memory and clutter the landscape with all that other rubbish. -

email address to forward phishing emails intended to compromise yahoo account
I received a phishing email today telling me my yahoo email account was going to be de-activated. I called yahoo support (I'm a paid yahoo support subscriber) to see if yahoo had an email address where such phishing emails could be forwarded (and hopefully followed up on by yahoo), but I was told there was none. It would be helpful if yahoo took customer account security seriously enough to where customers could forward phishing emails as I described above and even more importantly, yahoo would then follow-up to shut down the malicious agents.
