Redo mail sign on
I am amazed yahoo is still in business! To sign in JUST to see your mail yahoo takes five (5) pages of instructions and WAITING! First you sign in on page one your e-mail user name. THEN another page pops up and you sign in with your password. THEN another page pops up saying whatever. THENanother page pops up showing all news and stuff you DON'T want to see and are not looking for. THEN you have to click the MAIL icon to FINNALLY get to your mail. Ridicules! Other sites have user name and password on ONE (1) page.…

Dislike Yahoo Mail Platform
Basically forced to transfer to Yahoo Mail from xfinity. inundated with ads and it seems the only way to stop them is to pay???? I'm ready to ditch my Comcast.net after 20 some odd years. Ridiculous platform.

Need help!
Hello,
My mail is blocked for new storage limit.
I want to increase it to the next level (200GB) paying via PayPal but the confirmation process fails.
I'm in Portugal and the required data is not compatible with the standard in use.

SPAM Filter
you need to improve your spam setting on the Yahoo mail app and program when I get emails such as this:

It is VERY obvious it is SPAM yet your filters do not catch it please FIX your system.

Upgrade account didnot show in homepage
Dear Admin, our yahoo mail for ID sheahtanrahman@yahoo.com has been upgraded to Mail Pro with subcription RM21.90/month and payment successfully made. BUT we are still unable to receive mail nor send out mail from our account. Kindly advise us further. Your HELP or Contact Us does not help us at the moment. We need to use email urgently. Thank you

Why can't I access my email in Thunderbird
I have been getting my @yahoo.ca email through my email program - Thunderbird - for over 15 years, but suddenly it stopped retrieving my email.
Apparently my johnfburke@yahoo.ca email is attached to Rogers.com and I need to log in. When I try to log in, Rogers (for some reason) tells me that my email address does not exist.I can access my email through a web browser and even on my tablet, but not through Thunderbird.
On both the Rogers setup and Yahoo set up website information, all my email settings are OK, but it will still not…

Keep the Free Email Free
Demanding money for storage space after a decade of "free, unlimited email" is despicable.
I've been using Yahoo for a number of years, and I had made Yahoo mail my main account, simply because of convenience. I've funneled my other emails through it.
However I will be using a different mail service if you decide to go through with demanding money, especially when you're not offering anything extra, just storage space I don't want. I have received a number of vulgar and lewd posts from an individual named Pirate but you never seen to censor him. I can't say anything like go back under your rock, id 0 it, or I am censored. Where can I send copies of these comments to me?

Fis the sign-in and sign-out procdures.
Proton Mail is still doing it right. Go look at what they're doing, learn from them, and then also do it yourself.
When I sign in, and I un-tick the "Keep me signed in" tick-box, I do not want to remain signed in -- not even halfway -- when I sign out again.
Which part of the difference between "in" and "out" do you not understand? Go watch Sesame Street, they've got some good episodes on the difference between "in" and "out". ...or Tellytubbies... or one of those educational programs for babies.
